My New Work
I like my new work schedule for some reasons, but there is one reason why I hate it. First, I like it because I get out of our house as early as 5 in the morning and it is still very cold, no heat from the sun, and I don't need to rush to get a ride at public vehicles because there are less commuters during early in the morning. I dislike it because I have to wake up early which I am not used to. Nevertheless, I have more positive reasons than negative ones.
My work ends at 3 in the afternoon, which is good enough for me run some errands, pay the bills, shop at the supermarket for food, or buy some important stuff. Furthermore, I can finally have time to go out with friends on special occasions. (Hmmm, looking forward to seeing my old colleagues whom I have been promising to go out with, yet I didn't have much time.)
I like my recent work. It is not new to me, yet, I still have more things to learn and bestow. Now, this prompted me to update my blogs. Previously, when I was a writer, I seldom have time to update my personal blogs because I was too busy thinking of what to write next for the company that I was working with, afraid of losing some train of thoughts since my article was only limited to a call center topic. Since I got this new job, my life opens up to a new world, new in the sense that I was not used to it and I have to deal with it everyday, but I was already exposed to it from my previous job. It is exciting and interesting, maybe for those who understand what my job really is. A new day has come, the sun is already rising as I can see it and work begins in a while.
